We welcome you to EuPRA2024 in Pisa, Italy as a VOLUNTEER!

If you want to volunteer at EuPRA2024, fill in the form below. Based on your information, we can keep in touch towards and during the conference. We plan to use a WhatsApp group for easy group communication, which is why we also ask for your phone number.

Please indicate the mornings and afternoons you are available during the conference. This will help us create the teams!

• The volunteer position is open only to PEACE students (student dei corsi di Laurea in Scienze per la Pace). 
• The working language is English.
• A maximum of five volunteers will be accepted, and their work will be coordinated by EuPRA and CISP.
• The tasks of volunteers: helping with the registration desk, supporting with social media cover during the conference days (Facebook, LinkedIn and Bluesky Social accounts), supporting with the technicalities during the keynote speech and roundtable sessions, logistic support during the conference, if needed; any further specific task can be discussed and tailored.
• Benefits: volunteers will be have the great opportunity to attend the conference, without paying any fee. They will get food (lunch and coffee breaks).

EuPRA has a set of rules regarding Safe Spaces and the Code of Conduct during its events. To volunteer at EuPRA2024 in Pisa, we require you to read and agree with the rules. That way, we ensure smooth and respectful interactions!
